權柄、良心與愛

羅馬書13章要求不加質疑地服從所有權柄嗎？

保羅呼召基督徒尊重公民責任，尋求鄰舍的益處。結合他關於良心和效忠基督的教導，這並不等於每位統治者的每道命令都在道德上正確。
