# 教會與屬靈恩賜

為什麼保羅把教會比作身體？

身體的比喻說明，不同恩賜的人在基督裡彼此相屬。恩賜為群體的益處而存在；運用恩賜是否服事了教會所認信的主，必須用愛來衡量。

## 每個肢體都有位置

哥林多前書12章指出，若各肢體都要求同一角色，身體便無法運作；顯眼的肢體也不能排斥安靜的肢體。保羅同時挑戰自卑與自大。聖靈跨越民族和社會界線，把人聯結起來。因此，教會生活不只是觀看宗教表演。面對需要和能力不同的人，成員有責任給予關注、尊重和具體照顧。

## 恩賜是為服事而託付的

保羅的清單包括講說、教導、幫助、治理，以及聖靈的其他表現。這種多樣性拒絕把所有人放在一架梯子上，爭奪最耀眼的能力。重要的問題是：恩賜如何使別人得益？羅馬書12章把恩賜的使用與謙卑、忠實參與聯繫起來。有責任的職位，從來不免除道德問責，也不免除接受幫助的需要。

## 愛引導公開敬拜

哥林多前書13章位於討論屬靈恩賜的兩章之間。因此，關於愛的描述首先對分裂的教會生活說話，不只是婚禮用語。14章繼續強調聽得明白和造就教會。若聽眾不能理解，講者的熱情並不夠。清楚的解釋、需要時的翻譯、有秩序的參與、對初訪者的體諒，都屬於認真敬拜的內容。

## 尊重差異，仍要分辨

恩賜持續論者期待預言、方言等恩賜繼續存在；恩賜停止論者把某些恩賜特別聯繫於使徒奠基的時期。單憑哪種標籤，都不能證明一間教會的愛與忠心。讀者應考察論據，區分非凡宣稱與經過核實的事件。保羅要求檢驗、秩序和共同益處，使屬靈語言不能成為抵擋合理問題的擋箭牌。
