# 女性と教会の奉仕

パウロの女性と奉仕に関する教えをどう読みますか。

パウロの手紙は、女性を積極的に働く同労者として尊びます。同時に、教会での教えや指導への意味が議論される箇所もあります。責任ある読み方は両方を考慮し、共通の尊厳と特定の職務をめぐる議論を区別します。

## 名前を挙げられた女性を読む

ローマの信徒への手紙16章はフェベを推薦し、プリスキラ、マリア、ユニア、その他の女性をパウロの協力者の中で尊びます。フィリピの信徒への手紙はエボディアとシンティケを、福音のために共に働いた人々として描きます。女性が宣教や奉仕に不在だったという説明は成り立ちません。ただし、個々の呼称や責任には慎重な説明が必要です。本文は登場するすべての人の詳しい職務内容を与えていません。

## 難しい本文も視野に入れる

コリントの信徒への手紙一11章は女性が祈り、預言することを前提とします。一方、14章とテモテへの手紙一2章には、範囲が議論される制限があります。背景、語彙、論証、箇所同士の関係を検討する必要があります。制限を消し去るのも、女性の積極的な参加を示す箇所が存在しないかのように引用するのも役立ちません。詳しい結論には、孤立した節の寄せ集め以上の作業が必要です。

## 主要なキリスト教の解釈を示す

相補主義の解釈者は一般に、尊厳の平等を認めつつ、教会での一部の教えや統治の責任を資格ある男性に限ります。平等主義の解釈者は一般に、制限を状況に即したものと理解し、それらの役割に女性も就けると認めます。各立場の内部にも違いがあります。タルボットの声明は相補主義の一例で、支配的な振る舞いを明確に拒否します。ただし、ビオラ全体の唯一の見解でも、このサイトへの推薦でもありません。

## 公平さと敬意をもって学ぶ

各立場が何を主張し、どの箇所を根拠とし、どの反論に答える必要があるかを説明しましょう。意見の相違だけで、女性への軽蔑や聖書の軽視を断定してはいけません。同時に、神学的な名称は虐待や、女性の証言・賜物の軽視の言い訳にはなりません。ローマの信徒への手紙16章を議論のある箇所と並べて読み、明記された内容、推定される職務、現代への適用を分けて書き出すと役立ちます。
